We don't browse marketplaces on your behalf. We have direct authorization from 24 global brands and pre-negotiated wholesale tiers for 935 active SKUs — so the price you get is the price the brand itself agreed.

Customs & Documentation
HS code classification, Certificates of Origin (Form D / E / AK / IJEPA), Halal certificates, BPOM, fumigation, phytosanitary — handled in-house by licensed customs brokers. Avg Dubai clearance: under 48 hours.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by SKU. Most FMCG starts at 20 cartons (LCL) or 1 × 20ft FCL (~240 cartons). Many buyers start with a single 20ft pilot order to test market response, then scale.
Do you handle Halal and BPOM certifications?
Yes. All SKUs in our catalog already carry Halal MUI and BPOM where applicable. If you need destination-country certification (SFDA, ESMA), we coordinate it through our compliance partners.
Can you ship to landlocked countries?
Yes, via multimodal sea + truck (e.g. via Mombasa to Uganda, or Dar es Salaam to Rwanda/Burundi). We include destination trucking in the DDP quote.
What payment terms do you offer?
For new buyers: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T against scan of B/L. For established buyers (after 3 orders): L/C at sight via SBLC, or 60-day open account with credit insurance.
What if cargo arrives damaged?
All shipments include marine cargo insurance (ICC Clause A) covering up to 110% of invoice value. Our destination team files the claim — not you.
Can I do a sample order before FCL?
Yes. Weekly LCL consolidation Jakarta → Jebel Ali (Dubai), bi-weekly to Singapore + onward. Minimum sample 20 cartons. Air freight available for 3–10 cartons.
